These breast pads are the best if you're leaking heavily. They include three layers of Hemp Fleece for excellent absorption. Each pad measures 5 inches in diameter to provide full protection.  These are the perfect size for breastfeeding mamas and will form nicely to the breast. They have been pre-washed to prime the fabric, but since this is Hemp Fleece, we do recommend that you wash these three to four times before wearing.
